At Grow Inn Homes, we take great pride in the care and quality of our sugarcane cuttings and propagation products. Each order is prepared fresh and handled with attention to ensure the best chance of successful growth.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final once an order is placed.

Each plant, cutting, seed or root is a living item that can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, soil conditions, or care after delivery. For that reason, we cannot make any promises or guarantees regarding growth, survival, or performance once the plants leave our facility. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake with what you received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@growinnhomes.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

While we do not offer refunds, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement at our discretion if the issue is reported promptly and documented clearly.

Before placing an order, please make sure to:

  • Double-check your shipping address for accuracy

  • Understand your local climate and planting conditions

  • Review any relevant agricultural regulations in your area

We are not responsible for failed propagation due to growing conditions, improper handling, or delays caused by third-party carriers.
