Thank you for your order and for supporting our sugarcane-growing community! Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Each sugarcane cutting is freshly prepared to ensure quality upon arrival.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping is available throughout the continental United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery time:
3–7 business days after your order is shipped, depending on your location.
Please note: delivery delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) are outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your package leaves our garden, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order:

First, check with neighbors or other household members

Then contact the shipping carrier directly
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can review the issue.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
